How to Make Ricotta

how to make ricotta, milk, vinegar

I’m in Korea!  After resting for a week (…or actually two), I’ve finally eased my way back into the kitchen.  I never realized how difficult it would be to cook at home versus a commercial kitchen, but it’s been fun making what I’ve learned for my family.  Things don’t always come out as polished and nice as I want them too, but it just makes me realize how much more I need to practice and learn.

Georgia On My Mind

fatt matt's, fat matts atlanta, atlanta places to eat, jessica's dinner party, food blog, atlanta things to do, southern food,

A Priori-Thé

I’m only back in Paris for a few days and then I’m off to Korea! I’m super excited about spending the holidays with my family, but before getting too ahead of myself, I just want to relax and enjoy being in Paris sans all the responsibilities that come with being in school.
