Ah, Belgium. I also became a fries-and-mayonnaise convert here. Love the beer selection, love the mussels, and especially love the Liège waffles! I’ve never been to Bruges, but it looks a lot like Amsterdam.

for the paneer curry I bought a store bought package, I haven’t yet tried everything from scratch although it might work the same. Replace the paneer with tofu it would be the closest that would work. let me know how it goes when you try it is really delicious regards

The Cilantropist- The cherry beer was really delicious! I think it works really well during the summer, girls night (although I know some boys you equally enjoyed this!), or simply as a dessert.

Chez Leon was NOT impressive at all. *shudder* that “salad” was really terrible. it was basically tomatoes and watery mayo.

I miss the street food frites though. i liked the spicy sauce.
