man those blackcurrent mousse and strawberry cream verrines are soo girly and pretty! i wouldn’t be able to resist those if i see them at the shops!
haha your choc dome reminds me of those mouse balls too…it reflects light well too haha in the last pic!

I like the holes. It reminds me of the whiffle balls we used in PE. But I think it adds a little bit of whimsy.
