Good luck on the first day of school! I went to cordon bleu in paris also, and had the time of my life. Don’t be intimidated by the chefs! You also have to definitely check out Sadaharu Aoki pastry shop, its my second favorite after PH. For the best croissant, you HAVE to go to Secco bakery in Rue Jean Nicot. Bon chance!

The French have a way with pastry. This looks awesome. We also love Fauchon. If I ever go with the kiddo to Paris – I can’t wait to take her her and to Fauchon.
