It looks deliciously simple.
For the tartlettes, what would you think of slicing the whole strawberry into a few layers and laying it across the top? (&gt;&gt;&gt;) Perhaps over a thin bed of the jam? Thought it might be nice to preserve the shape of the strawberry. :p

So, more birthday-bash baked-good catering lined up these days? I hope everything is going well over there! :D</description>
