How timely this entry is — I was thinking before I logged onto your blog that you should take “entry requests.” Like, we suggest things we’d love to hear you write about. I thought that because I was thinking about mac n cheese, or tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich…my own comfort foods, and then I thought, “How great would it be to hear about Jessica’s comfort foods.”

And lo and behold, you wrote about the comfort of eating Asian noodles with shrimp on a winter day.

P.S. I’d still love to hear about you making mac n cheese, if you ever do. My old roomie was a foodie and a great cook, and he made it so wonderfully, I’ll never forget it.
